Cut-open voltage is the voltage difference between the two pole of battery when the out circuit when off.
Cut-off voltage is voltage when battery stop discharging in a prescribed discharge test.
MPV(Middle Point Voltage), in a discharge test, the MPV is the voltage on the middle point of discharge time. This is a very important index for checking high drain discharge performance for high drain batteries.
